Important Notes:
- The warranty does not cover misuse (such as wear and tear from excessive use or use in unsuitable conditions).
- No returns are allowed, but you can exchange the product if there is a manufacturing defect, issue with the product, or if the size is different from the desired one.
- Exchange Costs:
- For Jerusalem: 30 NIS
- For the West Bank: 20 NIS
- For other areas: 70 NIS
